RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your item is damaged in shipping, you may return it to us for a replacement.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.  Items are custom made to order and are not  refundable once they are started .  Some delays my cause longer processing times for items.  We do apologize if this causes  delays in your order. your are always welcome to contact us and get a progress update on your order.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Shipping costs may be refunded at company's discretion.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your  exchange. Please allow at least ninety (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your  exchange.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Items damaged due to user error   

     ●     Items that are the incorrect dimensions, style, color, or type for intended use
